Vegan Spice Farro Cookies
VEGAN, REFINED SUGAR FREE, WHEAT FREE
(NOT gluten free)

These cookies are perfect to dip in milk (veg or not) or to serve with ice-cream!
You’re going to love their cinnamon and honey flavor!
- 160 g of organic farro flour
- 17 g of chopped almonds
- 3-4 tbs. of organic sunflower seeds’ oil
- 2 tbs. of organic agave syrup
- 2 tbs. of honey
- 2 tbs. of water
- 1 pinch of vanilla
- 1 small pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Lemon zest
- 1 tbs. of raising
- 3 chopped cocoa beans
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl mix the flour and the rest of the ingredients and stir well until homogenous, then shape the cookies. You can use muffin liners to shape the cookies and contain the dough during the baking.
Cook for 15 minutes. (Cooking times and temperature may vary slightly depending on your oven)
NOTE: When you take the cookies out of the oven they’re wonderfully soft, then they tend to become a little bit harder but absolutely yummy anyway!
